Employee Suffers Chemical Burn on Foot and Ankle

On June 26, 2013, Employee #1 was using a floor stripper chemical (No Rinse Floor Stripper Cinch). As he applied the concentrated chemical, he was exposed to it and suffered a third degree chemical burn on his right ankle and foot. Over a week and several days later, on July 9, 2013, Employee #1 was hospitalized for skin graft surgery to repair the burn damage.
