Employee Is Struck by a Part During a Kickback Event

On May 22, 2013, Employee #1, a table saw operator of Costume Products Inc., was cutting high density plastic stock when he lost control of the cut piece and was struck in the groin by the part during a kickback incident. Employee #1 was hospitalized and required surgery to repair damage to a testicle.
