Employee Is Found Unconscious on Floor, Later Dies

On July 17, 2013, Employee #1 was installing a flat screen television in a funeral home. A coworker found the employee unconscious and unresponsive on the floor. Emergency Medical Services was called, and CPR was administered. Employee #1 was transported to Margaret Mary Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
