Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:16 a.m. on August 2, 2013, Employee #1 was working on the south side of a residential house along the skirt edge of its roof, installing shingles. He had climbed a section of an aluminum ladder and came into contact with the 120/240 volt wiring at the weather head entry. The police and Emergency Services arrived at the job site, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 11:41 a.m. The body was transported to the Evansville Coroners morgue for an autopsy.
