Employee Fractures Neck While Walking on a Hill

On June 11, 2013, Employee #1, a ranch hand, was walking on and off strawberry hills when he felt pain in his hip. The employee reported to an area hospital, where he was treated for a neck fracture. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
