At approximately 3:23 a.m. on August 23, 2013, Employee #1, a 56-year-old male NYSDSP Trooper with NYSDSP Troop A Headquarters, died from an apparent heart attack. Employee #1 was attending a Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the time of the incident.
