Investigation Summary
On December 4, 2013, two employees were working for an apartment builder's property manager. There were working from a mobile scaffold, when the scaffold tipped over. They fell to a cement floor. The distance they fell was 5.3 meters (17 feet, 4 inches) from planks on the scaffold to the floor. Both sustained back fractures.
