Employee Is Struck by Tree Limb, Loses Consciousness

On January 29, 2013, Employee #1, with David Byrd's Tree Service, was assisting a coworker cut a tree limb, while Employee #1 was positioned on the ground. The cowoker was cutting the limb, while positioned in a bucket truck. As the coworker cut the limb, it bounced then subsequently struck Employee #1 on the ground in his back and head. Employee #1 lost consciousness and was hospitalized.
