Employee's Legs Are Fractured When Struck by Trailor

On January 8, 2013, Employee #1 was in the loading dock area getting ready to pull out a tractor trailer in the adjacent loading dock. A coworker tractor trailer driver was backing up to the loading dock. Employee #1 was struck by the driver, and was caught between the trailer and the dock plate. The employee was transported to an area hospital, where he was treated for multiple fractures to his legs. Employee #1 remains hospitalized.
