Investigation Summary
At approximately 4:45 p.m. on August 8, 2013, an employee working as a laborer was found dead. The employee had been driving a John Deere Gator along a dirt road next to an almond orchard, when he crashed into the employers' closed swing arm gate. The employee had been working earlier in the day to cover up squirrel holes in the orchard and repairing irrigation lines, he was last seen at approximately 2:00 p.m.
