Employee Injurs Hand in Roller Machine

An incident occurred where Employee #1 was working on a down spout machine and his right thumb and ring finger caught in the drive rollers of the machine when he attempted to clean something off of the rollers while the machine was running. Employee #1 was taken to a local hospital for surgery and stayed for several days.
