Three Employees Are Injured from Leaking Propane Cylinder

On July 9, 2013, Employee #1, #2 and #3 were exposed to a leaking propane cylinder on a forklift. The fumes made all three employees ill with headaches and nauseas. All three employees were treated at a local hospital and released the same day
