Investigation Summary
On May 23, 2013, Employee #1 of B-Love Painting, Inc., was up approximately 10 to 12 feet on an extension ladder using a roller brush to roll over the newly spray painted wall to stop paint runs. An unknown event occurred, causing Employee #1 to fall off the ladder and land on the concrete slab. Employee #1 sustained a skull fracture and has no memory of the incident.
