Investigation Summary
On April 23, 2013, Employee #1 was driving the company truck and ATV to check on cattle. The employer could not contact the employee and went to find him. The employer found Employee #1 on the ground next to the ATV, which was on its side. The employer called Emergency Medical Rescue. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the scene.
