Employee Suffers Concussion When Struck by Falling Tires

At approximately 11 a.m. on February 8. 2013, Employee #1, a helper, was assisting a coworker, when tires fell striking him in the head. Employee was in unconsciousness. The employee was transported to an area hospital, where he was treated for a concussion. Employee #1 remained hospitalized.
