Farm Worker Fractures Vertebra in Fall

On October 21, 2012, an employee was working for a farm labor contractor. He was on a platform, when he fell through an unguarded floor opening. He fell more than 30 inches (0.76 meters). He sustained a fracture to a vertebra and bruising, and he was hospitalized.
