Employee Hospitalized after Truck Runs over His Foot

At approximately 9:09 a.m. on January 23, 2014, Employee #1 was loading an industrial truck at an electric waste recycling center and stepped off the truck to pick up some materials that dropped off a load. His left shoe was stripped from his foot when the truck moved. Employee #1 was transported to Holy Cross Hospital where he was treated and kept for five days.
