Employee Dies from Heart Attack

At approximately 1:32 p.m. on February 13, 2014, Employee #1 had been loading concrete building materials into a wheel barrel throughout morning. He was loading a 90 lb bag of concrete into the wheel barrel for a fifth trip to the backyard when he collapsed and died. An investigation concluded that Employee #1 suffered from atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
