At approximately 9:15 a.m. on January 18, 2013 an incident occurred where Employee #1 sustained serious occupational injuries when a trash rack for a electrical transmission tower, slipped down and struck Employee #1. Employee #1 was transported to a local area hospital, where he was treated for multiple factures due to the accident, and remained in the hospital for four days.
