Employee Dies from Equipment Roll Over
At approximately 8:10 a.m. on August 22, 2012, Employee #1 was working as an assistant cellar worker. A mobile grape hopper tipped over and struck him. He was transported by air to Sutter Roseville National Center and died shortly after arrival.
