Crane Tips and Worker Injured in Fall from Crane Catwalk

On March 28, 2012, Employee #1, a 32-year-old male, with Triad Machinery Inc., was preparing a crane for shipment, moved live mast which caused crane to tip. Tipping motion resulted in Employee #1 falling off the crane catwalk. Employee fell approximately twelve- feet to pavement. Employee #1 was hospitalized from a serious injury received in the fall.
