Employee Is Killed by Fall Through Skylight

At approximately 8:30 p.m. on Monday April 2, 2012, an employee and a coworker were painting the roof of a warehouse building. During the cleanup process at the end of the workday, the employee fell through a skylight at a height of approximately 35 feet (10.7 meters) to the concrete floor below. The employee was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident.
