Employee Suffers a Seizure, Dies

On September 19, 2012, Employee #1 had a seizure while utilizing a bathroom facility. The employee has past history of seizures. A coworker found Employee #1 unresponsive, and called 911 then performed CPR, on the employee until paramedics arrived. Employee #1 was transported to St. James hospital in Chicago Heights, where he was pronounced dead.
