Employee Dies after Being Caught Between Steel Coils

On February 2, 2012, Employee #1 was loading steel coils (each 14,000 lbs) onto an uncoiler. He was found with his head caught between the coils. Employee #1 was hospitalized for severe head injuries. He died 17 days later.
