Investigation Summary
At approximately 3:00 p.m. on August 12, 2012, Employee #1, with Del Mar Plastering, was applying exterior stucco to a single family residence that was under construction, and he fell through the gap between the structure and the inboard edge of the scaffold. Employee #1 fell approximately 12 feet and suffered abrasions and contusions . Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted for over 24 hours.
