Event: 06/18/2012
Employee's Leg Is Pinned Between Tube and Concrete Floor

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on June 18, 2012, an employee of Julie L. Miller dba A & A Transmission Center was working with an automotive lift to lift a GMC Denali. As he lifted the Denali, the power chain of an automotive lift failed and caused the front cross tube on the driver's side to fall and shortly thereafter causing the passenger side front tube to fall and pin the employee's right leg against the concrete floor. The employee suffered multiple fractures in the incident. The employee was transported by ambulance to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where he was hospitalized to treat the multiple fractures.
