Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:15 p.m. on May 1, 2012, Employee #1, employed as a Truck Driver by Usf Reddaway Dba Reddaway, sustained a serious injury to his head when he was struck by a yard hostler at the freight parking lot of the facility. Employee #1 was transported via ambulance to the hospital, where he was admitted. He subsequently died in the hospital on May 6, 2012. The accident is under investigation.
