Employee Fractures Hip Due to a Slip and Fall

At approximately 1:25 p.m. on January 27, 2012 Employee #1 of Riverside School District was seriously injured when she slipped and fell on the cafeteria kitchen floor. Employee #1 was transported to Riverside Community Hospital where she was treated for fracture to her right hip and hospitalized in excess of 24 hours.
