Employee Collapses at Desk, Later Dies

At approximately 10:20 a.m. on July 5, 2012, Employee #1, a Shipping Clerk, was working for Monster, Inc., collapsed at his desk. A coworker informed Security, who called Emergency Medical Service. Another coworker began CPR on the employee. EMS personnel took over treatment and were able to stabilize Employee #1. The employee was transported to North Vista Hospital and later transported to Valley Hospital, where Employee #1 died.
