Investigation Summary
On November 17, 2011, Employee #1 suffered a nonserious injury to two fingers (thumb and index finger) on left hand, when a port-a-band portable metal cutting band-saw fell out of his hand while working overhead. Employee #1 tried to catch the saw as it fell and while the saw blade was still turning. Employee #1 suffered deep cuts to both fingers.
