Investigation Summary
On June 18, 2012, an employee was running an electrical wire above the grade at a new home construction site. The employee fell from an unspecified high elevation, which was approximately 80 to 144 inches above the concrete. As he fell, he contacted several sheets of drywall weighing approximately 1,600 pounds. The drywall fell on top of him. The employee was killed when he sustained fatal head and, other multiple injuries.
