Three Employees Receive Burns from an Explosion and Fire

On August 14, 2012, Employee #1, #2 and #3 were working near a catalyst gas oil reactor. As the reactor was operating, it exploded and resulted in a fire. All three employees received severe burns in the explosion and fire. Emergency medical personnel were summoned. They arrived and transported the employees to a medical center, where Employee #1, #2 and #3 underwent burn treatment and were hospitalized.
