Employee Has a Heart Attack and Falls to the Same Level

On January 30, 2012 Employee #1 a maintenance worker of Manchester Tank & Equipment Company had completed welding repair and was pulling three wheeled carts which carried a welding unit, back to the maintenance area. As Employee #1 was pulling the cart he experienced a heart event, and fell to the floor. Employee #1 struck head on floor during his fall, but head trauma was not significant. Employee #1 died.
