Employee Is Crushed Between a Rig and Trailer

On July 28, 2011, Employee #1 was standing between a tractor truck and a trailer while attempting to hook the rig to the trailer. Employee #1 was crushed when the rig moved backward crushing him against the trailer. Employee #1 was killed.
