At approximately 1:34 p.m. on December 9, 2013, Employee #1 was working on an unknown project while using a table saw. The employee cut his left hand on the table saw. Employee #1 was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, where he was admitted and treated for lacerations to his left hand.
