Investigation Summary
On June 27, 2012, Employee #1, a temporary employee from SCI-Tek Staffing, was working on a bottling line at Don Sebastiani and Sons Winery. Her head was struck by the bottling machine and her face was lacerated. She was taken by ambulance to Queen Of The Valley Hospital and was admitted for treatment of her facial injuries.
