Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:20 p.m. on March 7, 2012, Employee #1, a journeyman carpenter, was performing his usual work, installing sheathing, on the roof of a one story building, when he fell approximately 12 ft, between the rafters, to the cement below. Employee #1 was transported to a local hospital, and hospitalized for several days under treatment for his head injuries.
