On January 12, 2012, Employee #1 was erecting a scaffold to perform siding operations. While the employee was holding an aluminum pole that was going to be used to erect the scaffold, the conductive materials of the pole came close to an uninsulated 76 KV power line and electrocuted Employee #1.
