Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold

At approximately 4:00 p.m. on January 2, 2012, Employee # 1 was working for his employer, Bill Brown construction co. Employee # 1 was working on a scaffold and he un-hooked his fall protection Yo-Yo harness, in order to change positions. Employee # 1 lost his balance and fell approximately 24ft to the concrete. Employee # 1 suffered fractured, dislocated vertebrae and fractured ribs. He was hospitalized for 24 hours. The accident was reported to Division of Occupation Health and Safety on January 2, 2012.
