Employee Loses Consciousness and Falls from Ladder

On January 11, 2012, an employee was working from a six foot, aluminum step ladder, when he reportedly lost consciousness and fell to the ground. He suffered a concussion and was transported via life flight to OSHU. The employee was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
