Employee Is Pinned Between Truck and Trailer, Dies

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on November 27, 2912, Employee #1 was delivering pipes for a water line installation. The employee was working alone and parked the trailer truck. Employee #1 unhooked the trailer from the truck and the trailer rolled forward. The employee was pinned between the truck and the trailer. A coworker realized the Employee#1 had not returned and went to look for him. The coworker found Employee #1 caught between the truck and trailer. Another coworker called Emergency Medical Services, and Employee #1 was transported to a Trauma Unit, where he was pronounced dead.
