Investigation Summary
On July 11, 2011, Employee #1, of Americas Best Value Inn, was removing tree branches from a position of approximately 20 to 25 ft high. The tree was located within 12 ft of a 110 volt unground power line. The power line supplied power to security lights. It appears as though Employee #1 suffered a possible heart attack. The coroner's report was not disclosed at the time of this narrative.
