Employee Falls Off Ladder, Suffers Back and Leg Injuries

On December 20, 2012, Employee #1, with Patrick Nangle Construction, was removing a window at a private residence with a coworker, his employer. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell off his ladder approximately eight feet onto a concrete walkway. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for lower back and right leg injuries. Employee #1 was not a contract employee.
