Employee Falls and Fractures His Hip

On March 2, 2012 Employee #1 of Foundation Pile suffered a broken hip. The incident occurred when Employee #1 (supervisor) at the end of the work-day stopped at the employers job site to inspect the job site after working hours. At that time Employee #1 climbed over a K-rail on to uneven ground, lost his balance and fell to the ground. Employee #1 then drove home in mild pain. As Employee #1 was getting out of his truck at home, he collapsed on to the driveway in pain.
