Employee Fractures Arm in Fall from Second Floor Surface

On December 9, 2011, Employee # 1 was working as a carpenter installing caulk prior to raising an exterior framed wall on the second story of the structure. Employee # 1 slipped and fell 11 feet to the ground. Employee # 1 was transported to a hospital, where he was hospitalized and treated for a fractured left arm. The accident was reported by the local fire department on December 9, 2011.
