Employee Is Killed by Heart Attack

On July 19, 2011, Employee #1 was working on a residential landscaping project at a single family residence, and was constructing some hardscapes with Coworker #1. Employee #1 and Coworker #1 were constructing a block wall. At the end of the day, Employee #1 felt dizzy and became unresponsive. Coworker #1 called emergency services and began performing CPR on Employee #1. Paramedics arrived on the worksite and were unable to revive Employee #1. The coroner was called, and pronounced Employee #1 dead. The cause of death was a heart attack, considered to be of natural causes.
