Employee Fatally Falls 25 Feet to the Ground

On June 23, 2011 Employee #1 was participating in "pole rescue" training for linemen when he fell away from his positioning belt and safety strap and fell approximately 25 feet to the ground. Employee #1 sustained fatal injuries.
