Employee Is Killed When Run over by Truck

On April 12, 2011, Employee #1, a truck driver, had parked his Mack roll-off truck and was walking towards the office trailer. Prior to reaching the trailer, he realized that the truck was rolling with no one inside. Employee #1 attempted to enter the driver side and bring the truck to a stop. He failed and was run over by the two back wheels. Employee #1 was killed and was pronounced dead at the site.
