Event: 03/29/2011
An Employee Falls, Strikes Head and Sustains Concussion

On March 29, 2011, an employee fell, striking his head and sustaining a concussion. However, no investigation was conducted, because it was determined that the employee was not working at the time of the incident. A copy of the workers' compensation denial claim showed that the employee was in fact a patron and had not been working for 45 minutes prior to the incident occurring. The individual remained on the premises and was eating dinner at the bar after his shift had ended. No other details provided in the narrative.
