Investigation Summary
On July 19, 2011, Employees #1 and #2 were working on a residential construction project at a multifamily residence. Employees #1 and #2 were standing on aluminum extension ladders and were installing a 53 foot length of gutter on the roof. The gutter contacted a high voltage power line. Employees #1 and #2 were shocked, and they slipped from the ladders and fell approximately 18 feet to the ground below.
